Abstract

D'Sky Billiards, Resto & Cafe merupakan salah satu usaha penyewaan meja billiard yang berada di Kabupaten Cilacap. Kegiatan reservasi yang dilakukan pelanggan di D'Sky Billiards, Resto & Cafe masih dilakukan melalui media sosial atau datang langsung ke tempat sehingga menyulitkan pelanggan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan meja billiard serta menimbulkan antrian untuk mendapatkan meja yang mengakibatkan waiting list. Penelitian ini berujuan membangun sistem informasi reservasi meja billiard berbasis website menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sistem reservasi berbasis website yang memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan reservasi, memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada pelanggan mengenai ketersediaan meja billiard, dan mengurangi waiting list.
