Abstract

Alat electric scissor lift table adalah alat yang berfungsi untuk mengangkat dan menurunkan beban berat, membuatnya lebih mudah dan aman untuk memindahkan material di bengkel Jurusan Rekayasa Mesin dan Industri Pertanian Politeknik Negeri Cilacap. Alat electric scissor lift table ini membantu meningkatkan ergonomi tempat kerja dengan memungkinkan pekerja menyesuaikan ketinggian permukaan kerja ke posisi yang nyaman dan optimal. Ini dapat mengurangi risiko cedera muskuloskeletal dan meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan proses produksi dan melakukan uji fungsi alat electric scissor lift table. Pada proses produksi yaitu merencanakan produksi dengan membuat SOP (Standart Operating Procedure) dan melakukan produksi alat electric scissor lift table dengan menghitung waktu produksi serta melakukan prngujian alat electric scissor lift table. Berdasarkan uji fungsi dinamis dan statis alat electric scissor lift table berfungsi tanpa adanya kendala dan aman saat digunakan. Waktu yang diperlukan dalam proses produksi alat electric scissor lift table yaitu 17 jam 8 menit.
